| Resumen : | El problema objeto de estudio fue, de qué manera los emprendimientos productivos impulsan a la soberanía alimentaria en el cantón Santa Ana de la provincia de Manabí, cuyo objetivo general fue determinar si los emprendimientos productivos impulsan a la soberanía alimentaria en el cantón Santa Ana de la provincia de Manabí para lo cual se plantearon los siguientes objetivos específicos, identificar cuáles son los emprendimientos productivos que están aportando al desarrollando microempresarial de este cantón se identificó que las actividades del sector agrícola, sector ganadero, vacuno, porcino y avícola son los que mayor aportan a este desarrollo, al comprobar la fuente de la inversión para los emprendimientos productivos que potencian la seguridad alimentaria en el sector rural de este cantón se comprobó que Los GAD parroquial, cantonal, provincial y nacional son los que aportan, a más del aporte individual de cada emprendedor, los montos van desde los $ 1.000,00 hasta los $ 10.000,00 dólares, y al establecer si los emprendimientos productivos están impulsando la generación de fuentes de empleo y autoempleo, la mayoría de la mano de obra es local y si se ha generado fuentes de empleo. La metodología se sustentó con los métodos inductivo, deductivo, estadístico, bibliográfico y de campo, apoyada de las técnicas de observación, entrevista y encuesta a una muestra de 380 habitantes del sector rural del cantón Santa Ana |
| Descripción : | The main objects of this research was. How productive microenterprises, boost food sovereignty in the canton Santa Ana of Manabí Province.whose overall objective was determine productive microenterprises boost food sovereignty in the canton Santa Ana of Manabí Province, for which the following specific objectives were raised, identity wich are the productive ventures that are contributing to the microenterprise development of this canton activities related to agricultural, livestock, beef, pig and poultry sectors had the highest rates of contribution when it comes to business development in Santa Ana. At the moment of checking the source of investment for productive microenterprises, it was found that local, cantonal and provincial GADs were the ones that invested the most alongside the contribution of each entrepreneur. The expenses go from $1.000,00 to $10.000,00. To establish if the productive microenterprises were boosting the economy offering sources of jobs and self- employment, it was found that they used local workers and that different sources of jobs were indeed made available. The methodology used was based on a range of methods which include: inductive, deductive, statistic, bibliographical and experimental. Along these methods, observational techniques were used and a survey with a sample of 380 inhabitants of the rural areas in the Santa Ana canton was taken. |
