| Resumen : | El presente proyecto de investigación denominado “Análisis para la factibilidad de una sala inteligente con tecnología digital para el fortalecimiento de la Unidad de Bienestar Estudiantil de la Universidad Estatal del Sur de Manabí”, nace de la necesidad que posee dicha unidad mencionada al no disponer de un lugar para realizar conferencias, charlas y talleres. El principal objetivo es realizar un estudio de factibilidad y posteriormente efectuar un diseño de cómo será dicha sala, por lo consiguiente, las herramientas digitales son en actualidad requisitos que deben poseer las instituciones para un adecuado proceso administrativo como lo proporciona los sistemas audiovisuales, sonoros y entre otros equipos que ayudan a sistematizar y captar de manera diferente la información que se desea brindar. En cuanto a la metodología de investigación se utilizó el enfoque mixto conformado por bases teóricas, encuestas, entrevista elaborada para la formulación del problema que nos conllevó a la utilización de varios métodos alternos para respaldar la argumentación. El principal hallazgo obtenido en esta investigación es que la utilización de una sala inteligente con tecnología digital beneficia al personal que labora en el área de bienestar estudiantil de tal manera fomenta a la utilización de equipos tecnológicos que nos brinda la era actual. |
| Descripción : | The present research project called analysis for the feasibility of an intelligent room with digital technology for the strengthening of the student welfare unit of The South of Manabí State University, it borns from the need that it has the mentioned wit because it does not have a place to hold conferences, talks and workshops. The main objective is to carry out a feasibility study and then to design how that room will look like, so that digital tools today are requirements that institutions must possess for an appropriate process administrative systems, as provided by audiovisual systems, sound systems among other equipment that help to systematize and capture in a different way the information that you want to provide. Regarding the research methodology, the qualitative method consisting of theoretical and quantitative bases established by the surveys and interview carried out was used for the determination of the problem that led us to the use of various alternative methods to support the argument. The main finding obtained in this research is that the use of a smart room with digital technology benefits the staff working in the area of student welfare as it encourages the use of technological equipment provided by the Currentera. |
