| Resumen : | La presente investigación se realizó en base a la problemática encontrada en la Unidad Educativa Ocho de Enero y fundamentada en el Estudio de factibilidad de una red Inalámbrica la cual dio origen a este proyecto de investigación: “Implementación de una red Inalámbrica para el acceso a Internet con tecnología Ubiquiti en la Unidad Educativa Ocho de Enero”, el cual se basó en la implementación de dos dispositivos (Access Point de la marca Ubiquiti - Unifi AC Mesh) que se conectan mediante un sistema de cableado estructurado (UTP- categoría 6) conectándose de esta manera a la red inalámbrica que brinda cobertura a toda la institución, dicha red se implementó bajo la topología en malla extendida con la finalidad de brindar acceso a Internet a todas las aulas y las demás áreas del establecimiento, para que de esta manera los estudiantes puedan investigar y trabajar en las plataformas Educativas. La metodología utilizada en el desarrollo de la investigación fue cualitativa – cuantitativa que a su vez permitió emplear métodos como: el método analítico, hipotético-deductivo, descriptivo, bibliográfico, estadístico y propositivo, así mismo se emplearon técnicas como: la encuesta y entrevista que permitió obtener información verificable y cuantificable sobre la viabilidad y aceptación del proyecto, obteniendo como beneficiarios a toda la población de la Unidad Educativa Ocho de Enero con el propósito de mejorar los proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje y la interacción de estudiantes y docentes |
| Descripción : | This research was carried out based on the problem found in the Educational Unit “Ocho de Enero”, based on the Feasibility Study of a Wireless Network which is entitled “Implementation of a Wireless network for Internet access with Ubiquiti technology in the Educational Unit “Ocho de Enero”, whose investigation allowed the implementation of two devices (Access Point of the Ubiquiti brand - Unifi AC Mesh) that are connected by means of a structured cabling system (UTPcategory 6) by connecting in this way to the wireless network which provides coverage to the entire institution, the network was implemented under the extended mesh topology in order to provide Internet access to all classrooms and other areas of the establishment so that students can investigate and work on the Educational plataforms. The methodology in the development of the research was qualitative - quantitative which in turn allowed to use methods such as: the analytical, hypothetical-deductive, descriptive, bibliographic, statistical and propositive methods. Besides the techniques were: the survey and interview that allowed Obtain verifiable and quantifiable information on the viability and acceptance of the project, obtaining as beneficiaries the entire population of the Educational Unit “Ocho de Enero” with the purpose of improving the teachinglearning process and the interaction of students and teachers. |
