| Resumen : | La salud ocupacional es la promoción y mantenimiento del mayor grado de bienestar físico, mental y social de los trabajadores en todas las áreas, mediante la prevención y control de riesgos. Por esta razón, es primordial lograr el cumplimiento de las normas que se establecen ante accidentes, también el seguimiento de los mismos ocurridos en el laboratorio, detección de las causas y establecer medidas de prevención. La finalidad de la elaboración de este manual de prevención de accidentes, será que los estudiantes, técnicos y docentes lo apliquen al momento de realizar sus prácticas de trabajo en las salas de laboratorio docencia de la Carrera de Laboratorio Clínico en la UNESUM, ya que así podrán resguardar su seguridad personal y además podrán trabajar de forma adecuada, cumpliendo todos los parámetros establecidos para las mismas. El objetivo principal de esta investigación fue: Diseñar y elaborar un manual de prevención de accidentes que establezca normas y procedimientos para ser aplicados en las salas de Laboratorio de docencia de la Carrera de Laboratorio Clínico en la Universidad Estatal del Sur de Manabí. Para ello se empleó la metodología cualitativa y cuantitativa. Para lograr el análisis de conocimientos a través de las encuestas y la representación estadística de los mismos. Los métodos con los que se trabajó fueron, de campo por la obtención de resultados dentro de la UNESUM, bibliográfico por la información recopilada de internet a través de artículos científicos, libros y páginas certificadas; y estadístico por la tabulación y representación estadística de los datos obtenidos. El principal resultado obtenido fue la elaboración del Manual de prevención de accidentes, en el cual se detallan conceptos básicos de bioseguridad y además prevención y control de riesgos dentro del área. Se concluyó a través de la encuesta que los estudiantes, docentes y técnicos asumen haber recibido capacitaciones y estar informados del tema, sin embargo la mayoría de ellos no distingue el modo de actuar ante los diferentes accidentes que pueden presentarse en los laboratorios. |
| Descripción : | Occupational health is the promotion and maintenance of the highest degree of physical, mental and social well-being of workers in all areas, through risk prevention and control. For this reason, it is essential to achieve compliance with the regulations established in the case of accidents, as well as the follow-up of the same occurred in the laboratory, detection of the causes and establish prevention measures. The purpose of preparing this accident prevention manual will be that students, technicians and teachers apply it at the time of carrying out their work practices in the teaching laboratory rooms of the Clinical Laboratory Career at UNESUM, since they can protect their personal safety and they can also work properly, complying with all the parameters established for them. The main objective of this research is to: Design and elaborate an accident prevention manual that establishes standards and procedures to be applied in the teaching laboratory rooms of the Clinical Laboratory Career at the Universidad Estatal del Sur de Manabí. For this, the qualitative and quantitative methodology was used. To achieve the analysis of knowledge through surveys and their statistical representation. The methods with which they worked were, from the field for obtaining results within the UNESUM, bibliographic for the information collected at internet through scientific articles, books and certified pages; and statistical by the tabulation and statistical representation of the data obtained. The main result obtained was the preparation of the Accident Prevention Manual, which details basic concepts of biosecurity and also prevention and control of risks within the area. It was concluded through the survey that students, teachers and technicians assume to have received training and to be informed of the subject, however most of them do not distinguish the way of acting in the face of the different accidents that may occur in laboratories. |
