| dc.description | The micro-company Doña Oti has had an importantgrowingin the sector of the commercialization of sweets derived from dairy products in the canton Chone, due to the high demand of its products it has enjoyed an excellent profitability, however its growingIt has developed empirically, it has not been used administrative, productive and marketing tools affecting its operation and limits its expansion, so it is proposed to use process management to expand its marketing to the Portoviejo canton. According to its general objective, the viability of the application of management by process in the expansion of the Doña Oti micro-enterprise in the canton of Portoviejo, its specific objectives are to analyze the administrative functioning of the micro-enterprise Doña Oti, establish the predisposition and welcoming the clientele to the products of the Doña Oti micro-enterprise in the Portoviejo canton and designing an action plan that encourages process management for the expansion of the Doña Oti microenterprise. We used the inductive, analytical and bibliographic methods, the technique of the survey, the interview and the observation to obtain data and information from direct sources, this is the inhabitants of the Portoviejo canton and the owner of the microenterprise, it was concluded that the management by processes applied to the expansion to a new market will favor administrative management, therefore it is recommendeddesign the action plan oriented to the implementation of process management for the commercial expansion of Doña Oti Microenterprise | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La microempresa Doña Oti ha tenido en los últimos años un importante crecimientoen el sector de la comercialización de dulces derivados de productos lácteos en el cantón Chone, debido a la alta demanda de sus productos ha gozado de una excelente rentabilidad, sin embargo su crecimiento se ha desarrollado de forma empírica, ya que no se ha utilizadoherramientas administrativas, productivas y de comercialización afectando sufuncionamiento y limita su expansión, por lo que se propone utilizar la gestión porprocesos para expandir su comercialización hacia el cantón Portoviejo. De acuerdo a su objetivo general se buscadeterminar la viabilidad de la aplicación de la gestión por proceso en la expansión de la microempresa Doña Oti en el cantón Portoviejo, sus objetivos específicos se orientananalizar el funcionamiento administrativo de la microempresa Doña Oti, establecer la predisposición y acogida de la clientela hacia los productos de la microempresa Doña Oti en el cantón Portoviejo y diseñar un plan de acción que propicie la gestión por procesos para la expansión de la microempresa Doña Oti.Se utilizó los métodos inductivo, analítico y bibliográfico, la técnica de la encuesta,la entrevista y la observación para la obtención de datos e información de fuentes directas esto es los habitantes del cantón Portoviejo y el propietario de la microempresa, se concluyó que la gestión por procesos aplicada a la expansión hacia un nuevo mercado favorecerá el manejo administrativo, en consecuencia se recomienda diseñar el plan de acción orientado a la implantación de la gestión por procesos para la expansión comercial de la Microempresa Doña Oti | es_ES |
