| Resumen : | El presente trabajo de investigación ha sido estructurado con el fin de determinar la necesidad deuna Reingeniería por gestión de procesos en la cooperativa de ahorro y crédito “Por el Pan y el Agua” del Cantón Jipijapa, en base alo establecido en la Ley Orgánica de la Economía Popular y Solidariapara las cooperativas, el problema detectado de la cooperativa de ahorro y crédito “Por el Pan y el Agua” es que los procesos administrativos no se rigen a la ley de cooperativas,se utilizarón métodosinductivo-deductivo, bibliográficos y estadísticos, y técnicascomo lasencuestas y entrevistas con la finalidad de conocer acerca de los servicios utilizados por los clientes y los procesos actuales de la cooperativa.Dando talresultadorelevantequelacooperativa de ahorro y crédito “Por el Pan y el Agua” cuenta con seis procesos, siendo que la ley de economía popular y solidariasolo permite cuatro, originando afectación a la imagen de la entidad, desorden y falta de control de las actividades, por lo cual, para dar una solución a este problema, se elaboró un rediseño de las gestiones que realiza la cooperativa, un manual de funciones de los responsables de cada proceso y la elaboración de flujogramasde las principales actividades de los responsables de la cooperativa |
| Descripción : | This research work was focused onto determine the need for a reengineering process management in the savings and credit cooperative "For the Bread and Water" of the Jipijapacanton. It was, based on the provisions of the Organic Law of the Popular and SolidarityEconomy for the cooperatives. The detected problem of the savings and credit cooperative "For the Bread and the Water" is that the administrative processes are not governed by the law of cooperatives.The used methods:inductive-deductive, bibliographic methods werethe used strategiassuch as surveys and interviews in order to know about the services used by customers and the current processes of the cooperative. Giving such a relevant result that the savings and credit cooperative "For the Bread and Water" has six processes, being that the law of popular and solidary economy only allows four, causing affectation to the image of the entity, disorder and lack of control of the activities. Therefore, to give a solution to this problem, a redesign of the managements was carried out by the cooperative, a manual of functions of those responsible for each process and the elaboration of flowcharts of the main activities of the responsible for the cooperative. |
