| Resumen : | El objetivo que se ha planteado al efectuar el siguiente proyecto de investigación , es el de realizar un plan de soporte técnico para el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo que permita mejorar los recursos y servici os informáticos de la sala de có mputo #14, desarrollando un documento en el cual se muestre información detallada de los l ineamientos necesarios a seguir durante las fallas más comunes de los equipos de cómputo , así como detallar un cronograma en el cual se muestre funciones definidas y las tareas a realizar durante un tiempo estipulado p ara el mantenimiento preventivo, espe cíficamente a los computadores que como equipos de uso cotidiano tienden a percibir a lgún tipo de daño ya sea este a nivel de hardware o software . Las técnicas utili zadas que determinan la necesidad de implementación fueron , la entrevista y encuesta y toda la información recopilada se validó con un diagnóstico en donde se analizó el estado real en el que se encuentran funcionando los equipos de cómputo , con la ayuda de l software utilitario SPECCY, que muestra las características y estado del hardware. Teniendo todas las bases con la cual partir, se puede dar solución al problema encontrado, en el cual gracias a las entrevistas y encuestas realizadas dentro del campo de acción , al cual está dirigido el proyecto de investigación , s e propone la necesidad d e desarrollar un plan de soporte técnico para el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de los equipos computacionales de la sala de cómputo #14 de la carrera de Ingeniería en Computación y Redes |
| Descripción : | The objective that has been raised when carrying out the following research project is to carry out a technical support plan for preventive and corrective maintenance that will allow improving the resources and computer services of computer room # 14, developing a document in the which shows detailed information of the necessary guidelines to follow during the most common failures of the computer equipment, as well as detailing a schedule in whi ch it shows defined functions and the tasks to be performed during a stipulated time for preventive maintenance, specifically to the computers that as equipment of daily use tend to perceive some type of damage, either at hardware or software level. The te chniques used to determine the need for implementation were, the interview and survey and all the information collected was validated with a diagnosis where the real state in which the computer equipment is working was analyzed, with the help of the SPECCY utilitarian software, which shows the characteristics and state of the hardware. Having all the bases with which to start, a solution to the problem can be found, in which thanks to the interviews and surveys carried out within the field of action, to whi ch the research project is directed, the need to develop a plan is proposed of technical support for the preventive and corrective maintenance of the computational equipment of the computer room # 14 of the Computer Engineering and Networks career |
