| Resumen : | La presente investigación titulada “LA IMPORTANCIA DEL ÁREA DE TALENTO HUMANO Y SU INCIDENCIA EN EL FORTALECIMIENTO PROFESIONAL DE LA EMPRESA SEGURIDAD HUTODA CÍA. LTDA” se basa en una Auditoría de Gestión al departamento de Talento Humano, por ser la parte motora para que el desempeño de los empleados sea efectivo y se pueda alcanzar con éxito los objetivos de la empresa. Por lo cual se planteó el objetivo general. La importancia del área de Talento Humano y su incidencia en el fortalecimiento profesional de la empresa SEGURIDAD HUTODA CÍA. LTDA. Asi como los objetivos específicos. Determinar la importancia del área de Talento Humano y su incidencia en el fortalecimiento profesional de la empresa SEGURIDAD HUTODA CÍA. LTDA. Diagnosticar la situación actual en el cumplimiento de las funciones del área de Talento Humano. Analizar los procedimientos administrativos en relación a la contratación del personal. Realizar la Auditoria de Gestión al área de Talento Humano. El presente trabajo se desarrolló con la recopilación de la información institucional, conjuntamente con la aplicación de las encuestas a los funcionarios del departamento de talento humano, para que el alcance de la hipótesis planteada. La cual se realizó el estudio de campo a través de las encuestas realizadas. Por lo que se desarrolla la propuesta “Auditoría de gestión al area de talento humano” permitirá a los directivos tener un mejor y eficaz control del cumplimiento de las normativas. |
