| Resumen : | El trabajo de titulación bajo la modalidad de análisis de caso se refirió a un Examen Especial a las Recaudaciones de la Empresa Pública Municipal de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado Sanitario del Cantón Jipijapa (EPMAPAS-J) y su Incidencia en la Sostenibilidad Inst itucional” en el que se analizaron las diferentes situaciones que realizó la entidad sobre las recaudaciones durante el período 2016 para comprobar como insidia en la sostenibilidad institucional. El Examen Especial se llevó a cabo bajo el seguimiento de sus respectivas fases, realizándose en primera instancia luego de haberse recibido la orden de trabajo y emitido las notificaciones al Director de Gestión Comercial y Negocio relacionadas con el proceso de recaudación, se procedió a la obtención de información sobre las actividades que realiza la empresa, los datos recabados sirvieron para armar el archivo permanente del trabajo ejecutado. Después de haber obtenido la información necesaria que permitiera tener una visión general de la entidad se procedió a realizar una evaluación de control interno enfocada en el componente de Gestión Comercial y Negocio con subcomponente recaudación y cuentas por cobrar, con la cual se pudo determinar el nivel de riesgo confianza y las situaciones significativas que pasarían a formar parte de los hallazgos del examen especial. De acuerdo a los resultados se desarrollaron las hojas de hallazgos con los atributos que detallan cada situación relevante referente a las recaudaciones y sobre las cuales se realizaron los respectivos comentarios, conclusiones y recomendaciones conforme deben llevarse a cabo según los criterios o normativas que regulan las actividades del sector público. |
| Descripción : | The titling work under the modality of case analysis referred to a Special Examination to the Collections of the Municipal Public Company of Drinking Water and Sanitary Sewer of the Canton Jipijapa (EPMAPAS-J) and its Incidence in the Institutional Sustainability "in which the different situations that the entity made about the collections during the 2016 period were analyzed in order to verify how it is insidious in the institutional sustainability. The Special Examination was carried out under the monitoring of their respective phases, taking place in the first instance after having received the work order and issued notifications to the Director of Commercial and Business Management related to the collection process, proceeding to obtain of information on the activities carried out by the company, the data collected served to put together the permanent file of the work performed. After having obtained the necessary information that would allow to have an overview of the entity, an internal control evaluation was carried out focused on the Commercial and Business Management component with collection subcomponent and accounts receivable, with which the level could be determined of confidence risk and the significant situations that would become part of the findings of the special examination. According to the results, the findings sheets were developed with the attributes that detail each relevant situation regarding the collections and on which the respective comments, conclusions and recommendations were made as they should be carried out according to the criteria or regulations that regulate the activities of the public sector. |
